By using Banyaan you agree to use it as it is intended — for personal reflection, not for medical, legal, or financial advice. Rishi is a companion, not a licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Banyaan. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel any time from Settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Banyaan to harm yourself or others. Don’t attempt to extract the system prompts. Don’t scrape the service. Use it the way you would use a quiet room.

Limitation

Banyaan is provided as is. We are not liable for outcomes you choose based on conversations with Rishi. Use your own judgement.
